Important Notes

While heavy, our punching bag is unfilled and easy to carry and store. Fill it with sawdust, sand, old cloth, shredded cotton fabric, or sponge, but avoid over-filling with sand. Preferably, the filling should not exceed 50 pounds to ensure optimal performance and safety.
